Our staff of community-based healthcare professionals provide skilled nursing servicesin a friendly and caring, home-like atmosphere for your loved one. Barry County Care Center residents receive care at the level of their ever-changing needs from those seeking only the occasional helping hand to residents who require round-the-clock medical attention.

Deaconess Long Term Care (DLTC) focuses on the needs of our aging population. However, DLTC is interested in providing more than just a place to live. We are dedicated to providing quality care in a compassionate environment. By respecting the unique characteristics of each person, we work together with each community to care for its residents as our guests, so they can remain productive members of that society.

Barry County Care Center is located 60 minutes southeast of Joplin; 60 miles southwest of Springfield; and 50 miles west of Branson.
